We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 24-hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. Internet reservations must be cancelled over the internet 24 hours prior to guests stay to avoid penalty. The penalty will represent the guest’s room and tax for the first night’s stay. If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. A refundable deposit is required upon check-in. Invalid or declined credit cards will lead to a false reservation and will be canceled unless the guest has contacted the hotel for arrangements. The hotel will not be responsible for alternative accommodations. E-mail cancellations are not accepted.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. There is no smoking or vaping in the guest rooms or pool area. Guest acknowledges that smoking and vaping is not allowed in a guest room or the pool area. If anyone in guest's party smokes or vapes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges. Any misuse or damages to the guestroom or facilities will be the sole responsibility of the registered guest.
